3.- That he/she assumes all the established obligations.​

These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity and will be applicable to all reservations and contracts made through the person responsible for https://www.cobre29.es/


The Responsible reserves the right to modify the contractual offer, consisting of these general conditions and the list of SERVICES and their prices, at any time, although such modifications shall not be made with the contracts already made by the consumer and / or user previously. Communications made between the client and the Responsible Party by such means shall be considered effective and valid for all purposes.



The customer agrees to make lawful use of the website and the services provided therein, respecting current legislation and refraining from harming the rights and interests of third parties and the Responsible.

The customer is responsible for the veracity of the data provided to the website and is therefore liable for the consequences that may be caused by providing false or erroneous data on this website.

The customer must respect and accept the general contracting conditions, and the legal and privacy notices established on this website.

Failure to comply with the above may result in the withdrawal or cancellation of the services by the Responsible without prior notice and without entitlement to any compensation, as well as the initiation of legal action to which the Responsible may have the right to resort.

The language/s in which the relationship with the client is perfected are: Spanish, English, French, German and Italian.



The purpose of this contract is to regulate the existing relationship between the Responsible and the client at the time the latter gives his consent during the contracting process by accepting the corresponding box (box that, prior to its acceptance, will inform about these general conditions, legal notice and privacy policy of this website). The contractual relationship will involve the provision of a service by the Responsible in exchange for a certain price from the user.



The contracting of the services of the web site can be made according to what is established in the present general contracting conditions. The non-conformity on the part of the client or clients will not grant the right to a refund of the amount paid for the service; however, the person in charge reserves the right to make the variations and modifications it deems convenient and changes in schedules and different dates of the reservation, so that the service can be carried out in accordance with the conditions.

The prices indicated for each service include Value Added Tax (VAT) and in any case will be expressed in Euro currency (€).

The prices indicated in the services, unless otherwise expressly indicated, do not include additional services and annexes to the service purchased.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the customer will be able to check and calculate the total price of the service with the exact breakdowns before proceeding to formalize the payment in the purchase process of The Responsible.



Online reservations can be made with a credit card*. We use the virtual POS. When you make your reservation, your card will immediately be charged to your account.

1) *By credit card. Through this means of payment, the customer will have to provide his card number, expiration date and CVV number. In this case, your data will be encrypted and sent under secure server to the bank's virtual POS. This procedure does not provide the card number to The Responsible.

The following cards are accepted; VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and MAESTRO.

If the payment has not been processed, please contact your bank to ensure that your bank allows you to execute international payments. If you continue to experience problems with the payment, please contact us.

2) By bank transfer:

- Bank transfer is used when a customer is unable to pay by credit card.



We are aware that your plans may change. If this happens, please inform us as soon as possible. Below, find our cancellation policy: 
Cancellations or date changes must be communicated by email at least 48 hours in advance.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before service. We will refund the price paid. 
No refunds will be given for tours that begin in less than 48 hours.
There are no refunds or date changes accepted once the service has been carried out.

Reservations that have not been guaranteed with the payment corresponding to the contracted services may be subject to variations, modifications and cancellations by the company unilaterally. The client will not be entitled to any claim if the guarantee condition is not fulfilled.



Neither of the contracting parties shall have any liability for any failure due to force majeure or breach of these conditions due to unforeseen or extraneous circumstances, such as acts of God, war, terrorism, embargoes, actions of civil or military authorities, fires, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials. The termination of the contract shall be postponed until the termination of the force majeure situation.



Article 103 of the TRLDCU establishes the exceptions to the consumer's right of withdrawal: a) The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the acknowledgment on his part that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the entrepreneur, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.

The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
